growth and entering new markets. Lead the development and execution
of business strategies to target key growth opportunities within
the aerospace and defense sectors. Identify and analyze new
business opportunities, forging strong relationships with
stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers. Work
closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure our
offerings meet market demands and client expectations. Negotiate
and close deals, maintaining a keen focus on profitability and
sustainable business practices. Represent Vantor, Inc. at industry
events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and
network with industry leaders. Provide market insights and feedback
to senior management to influence product development and
innovation. Strategic planning and market analysis Strong
negotiation and decision-making skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage and navigate complex
sales cycles Familiarity with the latest trends in the defense and
aerospace industries 401k PMP (Project Management Professional)
certification is preferred.
