They are looking for a Senior Execution Broker to join their dynamic team in Dubai.Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Actively broker exchange traded derivatives, interest rate derivatives, cash bonds (sovereign and corporate), and FX derivatives, ensuring optimal execution for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, actively seeking continuous portfolio growth.
• Monitor and analyse market trends to provide informed advice to clients, identifying profitable opportunities across bonds and derivatives products.
• Handle the full execution process for client trades, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering timely, accurate results.
• Role Reports to Head of Desk.Key Qualifications / Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in brokering, trading, or sales within the execution broking sector.
  • Proven track record of consistently generating profits of $100,000 USD or more per month.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure competitive deals that benefit both clients and the company.
  • Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and key players, with the ability to leverage this information for business growth.
