Intelligence Requirements Analyst, youll bring your DoD leadership,
doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and
education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) and Joint
Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) expertise
to work on projects in operational requirements development for the
client. Youll plan, research, and analyze the needs of the clients
operating force, identify needed capabilities, and determine
requirements to satisfy the needs and capabilities. Youll be a
trusted advisor to our clients, and well look to you to identify,
analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.
Youll guide the work we do and the solutions we deliver for the

with communication or networking and intelligence sensors,
including being deployedExperience with military communications and
networkingExperience with intelligence, surveillance, and
reconnaissance (ISR) collection, strategy, sensors, and
analysisExperience in acquisition or requirements development,
including JCIDSKnowledge of Marine Corps Operational Concepts,
Doctrine, Total Force Structure Management Systems, Systems
Approach to Training, Defense Acquisition Lifecycle Management,
Leadership Hierarchy Joint Capability Development and Integration,
and the Expeditionary Force Development SystemsAbility to
collaborate and deliver products under conditions of high
operational tempo, frequently adjusting priorities and flux in
requirements on timeAbility to interface effectively with senior
members of external organizations to develop and support technical
positions, justify technical recommendations, and communicate
effectivelySecret clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:5+
years of experience with military-based concepts capabilities
development and developing and analyzing system Key Performance
Parameters, Key Systems Attributes, and Additional Performance
ParametersExperience with Marine Corps communication or networking
systems and ISR SensorsExperience with knowledge management
systemsPossession of excellent customer service and interpersonal
skillsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication
skillsBachelors degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject

is determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individuals particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to
$141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the
typical salary range for this position and is just one component of
Booz Allens total compensation package for employees. This posting
