As a product support analyst, you'll play an integral role in the strategic planning and execution work required to provide our Navy clients with big picture ideas rooted in technical and data-driven solutions that will help to propel them into the future and ensure military and maritime dominance. You will help lead a dynamic team across multiple geographies and workstreams on projects that involve analytical solutions for the implementation of modernization and logistics plans that affect the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products to enhance product flow and improve use while delivering end-to-end integrated warfighting capabilities.You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders around the world to work collaboratively to improve communication and workflow. You thrive on supporting a winning team and are eager to develop your acquisition, program management, and logistics expertise. You have a direct finger on the pulse of the policies, guidelines, and procedures required to ensure quality and cost control across a Navy major program office.Join us. • 4+ years of experience serving in or supporting the U.S. Navy
• 3+ years of experience with Naval program, operations, and logistics management
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of U.S. Navy Combat Systems Life cycle management and product support principles, concepts, and practices
• Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DON) policies and procedures for product support
• Knowledge of predictive analysis and modeling tools, including cost-benefit analysis and return on investment (ROI) calculations
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience with NAVSEA Integrated Warfare Systems
  • Experience with product support manager functions, including acquisition support, supply support and outfitting, maintenance and readiness support, lifecycle solutions, Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) program management and analysis, and Human Systems Integration (HSI) analysis or training
  • Experience with program management of major ACAT programs
  • Experience with the PPBE cycle
  • Experience authoring and supporting logistics documents to support program milestones, including lifecycle sustainment plan, maintenance plan, and training plans
  • Experience with the Navy Modernization Process (NMP)
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
