When you join us as a PET Technologist you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.You Will:Perform complex specialized tasks associated with the operation of PET scanners and related equipment in accordance with prescribed radiation safety procedures and company protocols.Produce high quality diagnostic images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care.Assist radiologists with imaging and interventional procedures, starting IV's, and injecting contrast if needed.Guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.Monitor patients well- being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.You Are:Genuinely passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situationsAble to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleaguesAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy solving complex problemsTo Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:Must have current ARRT(R)(N) certification or NMTCB certificationState License in Diagnostic Radiologic TechnologyMust have venipuncture certification/permit.BLS certificationAt least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred#CTMDWe Offer:Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision coverages.Health Savings Accounts with employer funding.Wellness dollars401(k) Employer MatchFree services at any of our imaging centers for you and your immediate family.Pay Range: USD $38.00 - USD $48.00 /per hour Shift: Midday Shift Variations: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm Bonus/Incentives: $7,500.00by Jobble
