in Applied Behavior AnalysisBCBA certification2 years of experience
in the ABA field (preferred)Valid driver's license, reliable form

background/drug screenings and driving recordWhat Youll DoDesign,
implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction
programsOversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by
RBTs and caregiversConduct assessments related to the need for
behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional
assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)Be willing and able
