Engineer for the Research, Develpment, Test and Evaluation (RDTE)
network responsible for deliver and management of managed telephony
infrastructure service s across multiple sites throughout the
US.--- You will assess new technologies to improve network
operations and security of network.--- You will conduct feasibility
studies and trade off analysis.--- You will develop long term plans
for technology refresh and network upgrades.--- You will develop
long range plans for network security systems that anticipate,
identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with network
vulnerabilities.--- You will be responsible for daily operations of
enterprise network firewalls, and Wide Area Network (WAN)

include remote or isolated sitesYou must be able to travel on
military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of

year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 pay
band (GS-11/12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent
