Job Description Panel Assembler Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Panel Assembler for a company based in Elkwood, VA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a growing manufacturer that Pay Rate 1st shift: $14.00 per hour, depending on experience PLUS a monthly bonus payout 2nd shift: $14.50 per hour, depending on experience PLUS a monthly bonus payout Ask us about the Bonus Incentive program! After 2 months of employment, associates are eligible for the bonus program Production amount is tracked weekly, payout is monthly Schedule and Hours 1st shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm. 2nd shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00am Panel Assembler Duties and Responsibilities Assemble wall panels according to production specifications Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and build diagrams Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity Follow all company safety procedures, including PPE requirements and safe material-handling practices Panel Assembler Qualifications and Requirements Ability to read basic measurements and use tape measures accurately Experience with hand tools or power tools preferred Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow build instructions Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing is helpful but not required Job Type Full-time, temp-to-hire Benefits Weekly Pay Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) R etirement P lan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401(k) matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.
