Job Description:
As a CRM/CPQ Architect, you will be the technical visionary
responsible for the overall design, architecture, and governance of
the ServiceNow platform. You will bridge the gap between complex
business requirements and scalable technical solutions, ensuring
that the platform remains robust, performant, and aligned with
industry best practices. What You’ll Do • Platform Vision &
Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the ServiceNow
ecosystem, ensuring it scales with the organization’s growth. •
Technical Design: Lead the design of complex integrations, custom
applications, and automated workflows across modules (CSM, ITSM,
CRM, CPQ etc.). • Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce
development standards, code reviews, and best practices to minimize
technical debt and ensure upgradeability. • Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to
translate business needs into technical blueprints. • Innovation:
Stay ahead of ServiceNow releases (e.g., Zurich, Australia) to
evaluate new features like Generative AI, Agentic AI and Process
Mining. The Experience You Bring • Architecture: 12 years in IT,
with 5 years specifically focused on ServiceNow architecture and
advanced development. • Technical Depth: Mastery of JavaScript,
Glide API, Service Portal (AngularJS/Widget development), and
IntegrationHub. • Integration: Strong understanding of LDAP, SSO,
SCIM, Mid-Servers, and REST/SOAP integrations. • Soft Skills:
Excellent mentorship abilities and the capacity to explain complex
technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Bonus Points If You
Have • Education: Masters degree in Computer Science or a closely
related discipline. • Certifications (Preferred): o Certified
System Administrator (CSA) o Certified Application Developer (CAD)
o Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM and ITSM o
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) o Certified Master Architect
(CMA)
