This role focuses on leveraging data analytics to support government operations and inform policy decisions. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in the creation, validation, and deployment of analytical methods, offering strategic insights to optimize our service offerings in the government sector. Develop and refine analytical methods and models to address government needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key data requirements and deliver comprehensive analyses. Implement best practices in data handling, analysis, and processing. Communicate findings to non-technical audiences through reports and presentations. Monitor and validate data solutions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS) and databases. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. Knowledge of government operations and policy implications.
