The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of government sales processes, field operations, and effective team management, aligned with digital modernization. Lead and manage field operations within US Government sales territory. Ensure strict adherence to government contracting and compliance requirements. Drive the integration of Vantor’s AI-driven technologies within government sectors. Manage cross-functional teams to optimize operations and project execution. Liaise with government officials and stakeholders to secure and manage contracts. Monitor and report on operational performance and metrics. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological integration.
