Facilities Manager. Position type: Fulltime/Contract Location:
Washington, DC Duration: 06 Months Fully Onsite, M-F 8 AM – 5 PM As

is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office,
ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and
effectively. This role involves managing office supplies,
coordinating event schedules, and maintaining a productive work
environment by addressing any workplace issues that arise.
Additionally, the Office Manager will handle communication between
departments and support staff to facilitate smooth workflow and
collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the organization,
inventory, and replenishment of office supplies on a regular basis.
• Service and maintain the office pantry, including organizing,
inventorying, and replenishing supplies, as well as
loading/unloading the dishwasher and servicing the coffee machine.
• Schedule regular and as-needed maintenance of office equipment
through third-party partners. • Coordinate with team leads on the
execution and planning of events, including the coordination of
caterers. • Manage office expenses in coordination with the
supervisor. • Coordinate access for visitors and employees with the
remote security department. • Handle minor repairs to office space
in collaboration with the landlord and third-party handymen
services. • Maintain a productive work environment by addressing
any issues that arise. • Act as the liaison to the landlord's
property management team. • Ensure the office remains clean by
coordinating with third-party cleaning services. • Serve as the
onsite expert for video conferencing systems, with training
provided by a third-party tech team. • Manage conference rooms,
ensuring they are organized and neat before and after meetings. •
Validate parking for visitors. • Provide general support to
visitors and employees. • Develop and implement office policies and
