Required Skills: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Minimum of 3 years of Urology practice experience Proficiency in general urology procedures, including ureteroscopies Active PA license or IMLC License of Qualification in hand DEA certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Nice to Have Skills: Experience with EPIC EMR system Familiarity with hospital-based urology practices Ability to perform advanced urologic procedures Previous experience in a multi-provider practice setting Preferred Education and Experience: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution At least 3 years of post-residency Urology experience Prior hospital and clinic coverage experience preferred Other Requirements: Willingness to provide coverage during scheduled times, including short-term hospital rounds and consults Department staffed with experienced team members, including medical assistants, LPN, and practice management Commitment to providing patient-centered care in a modern, renovated facility Travel expenses, licensure, certification, and related reimbursements covered when applicable This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $443.43, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
