Key Skills and Qualifications: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (BC or BE) Valid Pennsylvania Medical License DEA Certification Minimum of 1 year of clinical Urology experience Excellent diagnostic, surgical, and patient management skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in hospital-based Urology departments Prior credentialing experience Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and rapid response needs Knowledge of hospital protocols and multidisciplinary coordination Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Urology residency completion Proven track record of clinical excellence in hospital settings Other Requirements: Willingness to work 24-hour call shifts Ability to stay in designated hotels in Good Sam or Ephrata for shift durations Credentialing completed within 90 days, with a clean file Travel and other reimbursements applicable when necessary This opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $3,399.63, with a schedule that includes 24-hour call shifts on designated dates. Coverage involves approximately 8-10 hours on Fridays and 4 hours on weekends, serving an adult patient population in a hospital setting.
