Job Description:

tailored physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We are seeking
a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to assist in the provision
of therapy services under the direction and supervision of a
licensed Physical Therapist. This role demands a motivated
individual eager to contribute to the rehabilitation and recovery
of diverse patient populations. Assist Physical Therapists in the
development and execution of patient therapy plans to restore
function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease,
injury, or loss of a body part. Help patients perform specific
exercises as part of the plan of care. Treat patients using a
variety of techniques, such as massage and stretching. Observe
patients during treatment to compile and evaluate data on their
responses and progress and report to a physical therapist. Use
devices and equipment, like walkers, to help patients improve their
mobility. Educate patients and their families about what to do
after treatment. Adhere to all clinical documentation requirements
and regulatory compliance guidelines. Proven ability to communicate
effectively both verbally and in writing Strong interpersonal
skills to interact compassionately with patients Good observation
skills to accurately judge patients' capabilities and progress
Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and practices, specific to
physical therapy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license CPR
certification preferred Compliance with local, state, and federal
regulations and laws governing professional practice
