be considered. Provide specialized care as a Registered Nurse in
the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), supporting critically ill
newborns and their families. This contract opportunity offers the

compassionate care during overnight hours. Location:Arlington, TX,

work-life balance for healthcare professionals. Schedule/Hours:
Night Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM Responsibilities: Monitor and assess
neonates in critical condition using advanced medical equipment.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician
orders and nursing protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
teams to develop individualized care plans. Educate and support
families regarding their newborns condition and care. Maintain
accurate and detailed patient records. Qualifications: Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience working in a Neonatal
Intensive Care Unit. Ability to manage complex critical care
situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred.
