Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: York, PA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,218 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in York, Pennsylvania, 17403! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid registered nurse license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required Must-Have: Level I trauma experience required First-time travelers not accepted Maximum RTO of 7 days Every third weekend required Floating may be needed to additional units Description: Schedule requirements include shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Weekends and holidays as needed. Candidates will float as needed to various units. A pre-screening will be conducted to assess clinical fit. If the candidate passes this assessment, they will be sent to the hiring manager for a final decision. The Emergency Department is a 74-bed facility, including a 3-bed trauma bay. It is a Level 1 trauma center with telemetry capability. The Emergency Transitional Care Unit serves as a staging area for patients. Candidates must be prepared to care for diverse patient populations, including those requiring intensive interventions. A variety of clinical skills are necessary, including the management of trauma cases and acute conditions. Additional experience with emergency procedures and critical care is preferred. Candidates should be proficient in electronic charting systems, preferably Epic. The facility is smoke and fragrance-free.
