Job Description:
Sentara CarePlex Hospital is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for
the Adult Health Rotation (AHEART) program in Hampton, VA.
Available shifts include day (7:00 AM -----" 7:00 PM) and night
(7:00 PM -----" 7:00 AM). Applicants must hold a Virginia or
Compact Multi-State License and BLS certification. Educational
requirements include RN-Associate--------s, Bachelor--------s,
Diploma, or Master--------s Degree. The program involves rotating
across Med Surg units such as General Medicine, Inpatient
Surgical/Ortho, Oncology, Stepdown, and Telemetry. Orientation
ensures successful transition into each unit. In the second year,
nurses can choose to specialize, join internship programs, or the
Resource Pool after 18 months. Benefits include sign-on bonus,
transition to practice/nurse residency, education assistance, and
loan repayment.
