Job Overview
The Site Manager will plan, organize, schedule, and provide
leadership for the daily operation and activities for all assigned
facilities and teams. Provides day-to-day technical/professional
guidance and leadership to assigned work groups.Salary Range:
$113,000.00- $123,000.00This position is contingent upon contract
award.Work Model: Onsite/In-Office
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Partner with customer to accomplish all statement of work
services. Act as Subject Matter expert.
- Manage resources for a comprehensive facilities maintenance and
repair program.
- Develop and execute project goals, objectives and
procedures.
- Develop and manage budgets; participate in the forecast of
funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies;
monitor and approve expenditures; implement adjustments.
- Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of
service delivery methods and procedures; recommend, within
departmental policy, appropriate service and staffing levels.
- Ensure all site meets compliance and quality regulations and
codes.
- Maintain adequate levels of tools, equipment, and other
maintenance supplies.
- Inspect and diagnose problems to determine corrective actions
in associated trades.
- Manage resources to identify proper and correct materials,
parts assemblies, and requirements for a variety of requisitions
necessary for the job/task.
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for assigned
staff; assign work activities, projects, and programs; review and
evaluate work products, methods, and procedures; meet with staff to
identify and resolve problems.
- Select, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel;
provide or coordinate staff training; work with employees to
correct deficiencies; implement discipline and termination
procedures.
- Prepare and present Technical Progress Reports as needed.
- Respond to emergency site maintenance as required.
- Confer with and advise other management personnel regarding
maintenance projects and priorities.
- Operate customer and company motor vehicles in a safe
manner.
- Adhere to company safety and personnel policies and standard
operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Mandatory:
- High School Graduate or equivalent GED.
- Demonstrate subject matter expert level of experience in
facilities operations and maintenance related work.
- Demonstrate successful leadership to at least 10 staff members
for at least two years.
- Ability to manage issues outside normal work hours and be
available 24/7.
- Will be expected to work on the Snow Team and act as an
Incident Commander/Emergency Action Coordinator during snow
events.
- Must have the ability to supervise and motivate subordinates to
attain stated objectives.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional,
courteous manner in diversified situations.
- Medically able, physically able and willing to wear a
respirator.
- Mature judgment and ability to work with minimal
supervision.
- Ability to pass pre-hire background and drug screen.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required intelligence
community level clearance.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
