You will also work with other leaders across EA to ensure that the division is delivering on EA strategy.LocationThis role is based in Perth, WA, with a hybrid and flexible working model.In this role you will: - Grow the impact and influence of EA in your local state/territory - Grow the membership of the division by building EA's local profile and impact and by ensuring members are engaged - Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders throughout EA (e.g. other Division General Managers, policy, advocacy, STEM, business growth, media, communications) to develop and deploy strategies and plans. - Work with the Divisions team, Head of Divisions and others across EA to develop and implement a strategy, activity plan and stakeholder engagement plan for your local state/territory.
