Constellation, a leader in energy solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Sr Mechanic to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is critical in ensuring the operational excellence and reliability of our physical assets across various energy sectors, including renewable sources and conventional energy utilities. As a Sr Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair work, addressing system malfunctions, and implementing long-term mechanical solutions to meet the evolving needs of our infrastructure. Perform routine and preventive maintenance of complex mechanical systems. Diagnose mechanical issues and provide timely solutions. Assist in designing and modifying machinery to improve system efficiency and safety. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement sustainable solutions for energy production and management. Maintain detailed records of operations, maintenance activities, and repairs. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the energy sector. Train and mentor junior mechanics and support staff. In-depth knowledge of mechanical components and systems, especially in the energy sector. Proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, and other mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred. HVAC certification beneficial.
