Job Description Job Description Salary: $38 - $48 Hourly DOE PEMCCO is seeking a Transit Emergency Preparedness Documentation Specialist to support structured documentation, meeting facilitation, and reporting efforts in support of emergency exercise planning and execution. This role ensures professional documentation of progress meetings, action items, and compliance tracking across multi-modal transit environments. Essential Functions Document bi-weekly progress meetings. Track deliverables and action items. Maintain exercise documentation and records. Support MYTEP updates and reporting. Prepare executive briefing summaries. Manage document version control systems. All other duties as assigned. Competencies Strong written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple documentation streams. Familiarity with document control systems. Organized and detail-driven. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Emergency Management, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in documentation or compliance support roles. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting transit safety or emergency preparedness programs.
