Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
specialized speech-language pathology services in a dynamic school
setting located in Wilmington, DE, supporting the developmental
needs of early childhood students. This onsite position offers the
opportunity to work directly with children, delivering
evidence-based interventions and collaborating with educational
teams to enhance student communication skills. Key
Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized speech and language
therapy to early childhood students in accordance with district
goals and state standards. - Conduct assessments, develop treatment
plans, and document student progress accurately. - Collaborate
closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support
comprehensive student development. - Participate in team meetings,
contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development,
and provide professional guidance on speech and language-related
concerns. - Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and
licensing requirements. Qualifications: - Current Delaware
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required. - Certificate
of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; candidates who have
completed CF (Clinical Fellowship) are not recommended for this
position. - Experience working in educational settings preferred. -
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. -
Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered therapeutic
services. Position Details: - Contract duration: August 19, 2026
June 15, 2027 - Location: Wilmington, Delaware (onsite) - Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week including a 30-minute
paid lunch - Typical hours: 8:25 AM 3:55 PM (hours based on the
25/26 school year and may vary slightly) - This is a travel
assignment with the expectation of onsite presence Benefits: - Gain
