Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time itinerant Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within a school setting in Woodbridge, VA. This role supports a diverse caseload composed of elementary and middle school students, providing vital speech and language services to help them achieve their academic and communication goals. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to students across elementary and middle school levels. - Manage a caseload typically around 50 students, with a cap of 55. - Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement effective intervention plans. - Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation. - Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed. Qualifications: - Valid SLP certification and relevant licensure. - Experience working with pediatric populations is required; prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory. - Strong understanding of speech-language disorders in children. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively within an educational team.
